Another business could soon be taking Cheeky Monk Belgian Beer Cafe’s place in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

The former restaurant spot shared a building with Lost Highway Brewing Co. and sold for $3.75 million last week to the Dallas-based investment firm Leon Capital Group, said Phil Kubat, a real estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate of the Rockies.

Berkshire Hathaway represented Tina and James Pachorek in the deal. The Pachoreks opened Cheeky Monk in 2007 and Lost Highway Brewing Co. in 2014. The two businesses shared the building on the southeast corner of East Colfax Avenue and Pearl Street.

Cheeky Monk closed its doors in July. Lost Highway is reportedly looking for a new space in Centennial where it can start canning.

A call to the brewery wasn’t immediately returned Tuesday morning. Leon Capital Group also didn’t immediately return a call. The group reportedly plans to keep the building on Colfax Avenue and add retail companies.
