Denver City Council doesn’t meet between Christmas and New Year’s

Denver city government offices are closed on Monday, Dec. 26, and that includes the Denver City Council.

Denver city government offices are closed on Monday, Dec. 26, and that includes the Denver City Council.

And there is no make-up meeting on Tuesday.

You get to take the week off from civics.

Denver City Council meetings resume Tuesday, Jan. 3. That’s the first meeting of the month, so it will start early at 5 p.m. with open comment from the public.
