Denver Zoo Lights turns the zoo into a holiday wonderland

Every year, the Denver Zoo decks the halls and pathways over at 2300 Steele Street for the holiday season and stays open late to let visitors explore the twinkling campus.

Every year, the Denver Zoo decks the halls and pathways over at 2300 Steele Street for the holiday season and stays open late to let visitors explore the twinkling campus.

The attraction opened last night for a preview and will be open tonight as well. From Dec. 2 to Jan. 1, the zoo will offer entertainment, animal encounters and meet-and-greets with Santa every night until 9 p.m.

Tickets are $7-11 Dec. 2-13 and $12-17 Dec. 14-Jan. 1.
