Pedestrian struck in fatal crash at Alameda and Clinton, near Windsor

We don’t have much more on this right now, but Denver Police Department at 7:38 a.m. today said that a car struck a pedestrian at East Alameda Avenue and South Clinton Street.

The crash was fatal. Westbound Alameda Avenue was closed at the intersection.


Police also were investigating a crash involving a pedestrian and “serious injuries” at East Colfax Avenue and Franklin Street last night. The pedestrian was crossing the street in a wheelchair at about 1 a.m. Thursday, KDVR reported.

Separately, Denver Police reported around 11 p.m. Wednesday that a person was seriously injured in a collision involving a pedestrian at East Colfax and Syracuse Street.
