He faces a single felony charge of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification. It’s alleged that he “was confronted by a woman who observed him using his cell phone to take pictures up her skirt without her consent,” according to the Denver District Attorney’s Office.

Magee is registered as a sex offender in Lafayette, according to the DA’s office. However, his name does not appear on the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s public registry, which may mean that any earlier conviction was a misdemeanor.

“The man fled the scene but was later identified and taken into custody,” the DA’s office stated. He has been released on $2,000 bond.
