Why go out when you can stay warm inside and make yourself a hot cocktail? You know, for extra warmth.

Here are four recipes with varying levels of difficulty that you can make at home.

And, like always say, don’t drive. Have the ingredients brought right to your door.

Milk & Honey chef Michael Shiell‘s apple cinnamon hot toddy.

What you need:

  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce Dolin sweet vermouth
  • .5 ounce Campari
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon simple syrup
  • 1 slice red apple
  • Hot water
A honey bourbon hot toddy.

What you need:

  • 4 ounces hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 ounces bourbon
  • Lemon peel
  • Cinnamon stick
A spicy, spiked hot chocolate.

What you need:

  • Hot cocoa (powdered mix will work)
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • Cayenne
  • 2 marshmellows
  • Candy cane
A fancy Irish coffee.

What you need:

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 ounce Irish whiskey
