The Way Back chefs want to run some ideas by you at Tuesday’s Test Table

Here it is: your opportunity to be a guinea pig, critic and adventurous eater, all in one weekly event.

Here it is: your opportunity to be a guinea pig, critic and adventurous eater, all in one weekly event.

Every week, Tuesday’s Test Table will let customers try out new dishes that chefs Samuel Charles and Marcus Eng are considering adding to the menu at the Way Back.

The chefs will be delivering dishes themselves, according to a press release, and talking with diners about their inspiration and hearing feedback.

The Way Back, 4132 W. 38th Ave., is open 4-10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 4-11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Tuesday’s Test Table begins at 5 p.m.
