We’ve been chronicling Denver’s changes by neighborhood — where should we look next?

So far this year, Denverite’s dived into big projects in six areas throughout the city that are getting taller, denser and millions of development dollars.

Sometimes development takes the shape of new buildings replacing warehouses and parking lots like in Arapahoe Square, Golden Triangle and RiNo. In other areas, like South Broadway and Capitol Hill, it’s about adding new projects without ruining the established character of the area.

In the case of University, University Hills and University Park, it was a little bit of both.

Each neighborhood is facing its own hurdles and opportunities with development, and we want to know about them.
