The latest tenant of Denver restaurant incubator Avanti Food & Beverage, BorraCho Tacos, is open and ready to fill your tummy with tacos.

The project by ChoLon Restaurant Concepts will be replace Kaya Kitchen — also a ChoLon project — which will move to a brick and mortar in the Sugar Cube building at 15th and Blake streets as Kaya Asian Café.

“We’ve really enjoyed our time at Avanti and we’re excited to continue to use the space as a way to test out new concepts before we bring them to brick and mortar locations,” Lon Symensma, co-founder of ChoLon Restaurant Concepts and owner of BorraCho Tacos, said in a press release. “We can’t wait to introduce Denver to our unique twist on tacos. Our menu is meant to push the boundaries of what a taco can be, using authentic and modern ideas to create vibrant food, drunk with flavor!”

It will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
