A New York-based investment firm recently scooped up the campus south of Denver that houses the global civil engineering firm CH2M.

Angelo, Gordon & Co. paid $122 million for the 370,485-square-foot campus in Englewood, according to a news release sent Friday.

CH2M fully leases the three buildings on the campus and signed a renewal in late 2015 extending its lease through September 2032. The company has more than 20,000 employees, according to its website.

Angelo, Gordon and & Co. bought the campus from New York-based Columbia Property Trust Inc.

Columbia purchased the space in 2007 after it was constructed. The company is currently selling a fourth building adjacent to CH2M’s campus and plans to focus on properties in central business districts going forward, the release states.
