FareHarbor is moving on up to a four-story office in the downtown area.

The tech startup leased 25,000 square feet in 1515 Cleveland Place and plans to move into the space near The Denver Post building around the middle of the month, according to the company.

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity this new facility presents,” said Lawrence Hester, FareHarbor CEO, in a statement.

“This will be our third move to a larger space in less than three years. We feel very lucky to have our headquarters in Denver, whose vibrant startup culture attracts a rich pool of smart, driven talent. It’s been hugely beneficial to our growth, and we’re thrilled to continue our expansion here.”

The spot in the Core Business District is roughly five times larger than FareHarbor’s current headquarters near Sixth Avenue and Logan Street in the Speer neighborhood. The move gives the rapidly growing company room to expand further, according to the release.

FareHarbor offers a reservation platform for activity providers and concierge desks. Since starting in 2013, the company has outlived several of its competitors and grown to 180 employees — 100 of which will be housed at the new office. The Denver staff is expected to double in the years ahead.

CBRE partnered with FareHarbor to secure the new lease. The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. owns the building where FareHarbor is going in, according to CBRE.
