OK. The high in Denver today is 99 degrees, which at least isn’t 100 degrees. There’s a slight chance of thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, but otherwise the forecast is that it’s hot, according to the National Weather Service.

Good news: Starting tomorrow, temperatures start falling. Thursday is a high of 91, Friday is 79, and the weekend high is 72. There’s a persistent but low chance of storms through Sunday.
