At least this is the hottest it’s going to be for a while.

Monday’s forecast is sunny with a high of 95 degrees and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

High temperatures are supposed to drop to the low 80s by Wednesday as the chance for storms increase.
