The menu is sourced from American farms, many of which are local, and highlights include wood-roasted lamb meatballs ($12), dirty rice fritters with buttermilk chive dip ($8), wood-roasted pork chop with summer cherries, braised cabbage and fennel ($30), and whole roasted artichoke ($12).

“In Hedge Row, The Kitchen pays tribute to its sourcing roots — and to all American farmers that produce high quality food ingredients,” Don Degnan, president of The Kitchen Restaurant Group, said in a release. “We are excited to join the Cherry Creek food scenes and add wood roasted dishes served in a high-energy space to the mix.”

Hours are 11 a.m.to close (around 9:30-10:30 p.m.) daily, with happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. weekdays.
