Injoi will serve up “Korean-inspired” food at Zeppelin Station

The concept from Chef Bill Espiricueta is being described as “Korean-inspired” and “a culinary mix of Asian cuisine and regional favorites from the American South.”

Zeppelin Station announced another addition to its food hall roster today: Injoi.

The concept from Chef Bill Espiricueta is being described as “Korean-inspired” and “a culinary mix of Asian cuisine and regional favorites from the American South.” So, it’s a lot of things.

“I’ve been playing with the flavors of Korean fried chicken for the past year and the timing was ideal with Zeppelin Station filing up quickly,” Espiricueta said in a release. “Injoi falls perfectly in line with my background preparing smoked meats. The menu will offer a fun take on popular Korean dishes with creative spice profiles. Basically it’s the food I want to eat.”

For those of you keeping track, that’s now seven out of nine food and drink concepts announced. Injoi joins on  Aloha Poke Co., Mister OsoDandy Lion Coffee, Vinh Xuong Bakery, Au Feu and Fior Gelato.

Oh, and yes, it’s pronounced “enjoy.”
