Make your own Negroni — it’s really easy

We’re not entirely sure why this cocktail gets a whole week in its honor. We are sure there’s no reason to go out and spend $15 on one.

It’s Negroni Week, and while we’re not entirely sure why this cocktail gets a whole week in its honor, we are sure there’s no reason to go out and spend $15 on one.

If you have the right ingredients, you can make this classic at home. It’s really easy.

Here’s the recipe. See if you can keep up.

1 oz. Campari
1 oz. gin
1 oz. sweet vermouth

Pour all ingredients over ice. Stir for 30 seconds.

Add orange garnish, if you want.

Thanks to Colin at Gather for the demonstration.
