Turns out Mother Nature provides the best home staging that a Denver seller could hope for.

Listing your home somewhere between May 1 and 15 will not only help your home sell faster, but it will also get you more money, according to a new analysis from Zillow.

Yep, listing your home in that sweet two-week window helps Denver homes sell eight days faster than the average. Plus, you’ll net an average 1.7 percent more, for somewhere on the order of $5,600 more.

As for the ideal day to list, in the words of Rebecca Black, it’s Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday.

Among the 25 metros that Zillow studied, Denver was about average. Most metros get a bump during the mid-Spring time frame of late April to early May.
