If you’re like me, you didn’t bother making a single plan for Labor Day. It’s cool, though. We live in Denver.

Here are a few easy, last-minute and (mostly) family-friendly ideas.

Check out the final day of A Taste of Colorado

Between the food, drinks, art, kids activities, live music and more, there’s enough there to kill at least half the day. Tonight’s headliner is 38 special, and they go on at 5 p.m.

Everything you need to know is right here.

Take the family (or your friends) to Lakeside

The beloved old amusement park closes after next weekend, and there’s not better time than the present.

Here’s Erica’s guide to exploring the park with kids.

And here are the park hours.

Drive up Mt. Evans

This is the last weekend the road will be open to the summit. You’ve still got some time this season to hike to the top, but if automotive transportation suits your needs better, get up there now and see some goats.

Go to a Labor Day Luau

From 6 to 9 p.m., Little Man Ice Cream will have a pig roast, tropical mocktails, hula lessons and limbo, with live music from the Kalama Polynesian Dancers.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids.

Binge watch “Those Who Can’t”

Seasons One and Two of the school-set comedy written by and starring Denver’s own Adam Cayton-Holland, Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy will be free on truTV.com, the Watch truTV app (on mobile, Apple TV and Amazon Fire) and OnDemand.

So if money or access is the thing that’s been stopping you from checking this out, now’s your chance.
