Things to do in Denver today, Aug. 1: Tim & Eric, bluegrass and beer, cider and cheese, and bingo for tickets

Let’s get weird.

As of 10:45 a.m., there are still a few dozen tickets left for Tim & Eric’s 10 Year Anniversary Awesome Tour at the Paramount Theatre, 1621 Glenarm Place.

Tickets are $42.50. Things get weird at 8 p.m.


Cerebral Brewing Co., 1477 Monroe St., is hosting a night of bluegrass for musicians and fans alike.

Meadow Mountain will perform from 7 to 7:30 p.m., then anyone is invited to join in for a pick afterward.

Basecamp Provisions food truck will be out front, and as always, Humble Pie is right down the hall.


And it’s time again for St. Kilian’s Cheese Shop to stop by Stem Ciders, 2811 Walnut St.,  for cider and cheese pairing

Stop by anytime from 6 to 9 p.m. for four cheeses and four ciders for $20.


Over at Globe Hall, 4483 Logan St., they’re giving away tickets to War On Drugs, Tove Lo, Toadies and more at Happy Hour Bingo.

They’ll have $2.50 PBR and well drinks, and $1 everything else. It starts at 6 p.m.
