Denver-based Flaural is headlining the Hi-Dive, 7 S. Broadway, with support from fellow locals the Kinky Fingers and Last of the Easy Riders.

If you’re unfamiliar and couldn’t guess from the band names, yes, it’s going to be a psychedelic night.

Doors open at 8 p.m., the show starts at 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $10-12.

The Nuggets, who are actually pretty good and fun to watch right now, take on the Sacramento Kings at home tonight.

The game is at 7 p.m. and tickets start at $17.

If you’re starting 2017 just trying to control something (like your diet) then Root Down has a dinner for you.

The first Tuesday of every month is raw food night at the popular restaurant at 1600 W. 33rd Ave. Get over there tonight to try a four-course raw, vegan meal. Call 303-993-4200 for reservations.

Or if you’d rather continue to indulge, drop by Stem Ciders, 2811 Walnut St., anytime from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for cider and cheese pairing.

They’ll be pairing four ciders with four cheeses from St. Kilians Cheese Shop. No reservations necessary. Aversion to New Year’s resolutions required.
