The Gorillaz show at Red Rocks tonight is sold out, but instead of sulking while watching every one of their videos in a row, consider one of these fine activities.

Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears are in from Austin and playing at Globe Hall, 4483 Logan St. They’re joined by Lightnin’ Malcolm, who kicks things off at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets are $18.

If you get there early — 6 p.m., specifically — you can take advantage of Globe Hall’s happy hour and play bingo for concert tickets. They’ll be giving away the chance to see War on Drugs, Toadies, Guided By Voices and more. It’s free to play.

Over at Stem Ciders, 2811 Walnut St., they’re doing that thing they do and pairing delicious food with cider.

Tonight, they’re offering four mini pies from The Long I Pie Shop. Here’s the menu:

  • Forager pie with mushrooms, goat cheese and thyme and L’Acier cider
  • Grandma’s Pie — spiced apple cranberry — and Crabby Neighbor cider
  • Drunken Nut bourbon chocolate pecan and raspberry cider
  • Pumpkins in the Mud pumpkin chocolate pie and Le Chene cider

It costs $20 and you can get it anytime from 6 to 9 p.m.

The Preservery’s Tasting Tuesdays series tonight features beer from Black Shirt Brewing Co. Sit down for dinner at the restaurant (3040 Blake St., #101) anytime from 5 to 8 p.m. and you’ll get free samples of what Black Shirt as to offer.
